Cancelabooking.com offers third-party support services to help customers cancel, modify, or seek refunds for travel bookings including flights, hotels, and car rentals—even in cases where the original provider denies service.
We are not affiliated with airlines, travel agencies, hotels, or car rental companies. All our pricing is for service and consultation only, not for travel booking or ticket sales. - Service Fee Structure
Our fees are based on the type of service requested, urgency, and complexity of your case.
Below is a general guideline:- Flight cancellation/refund assistance: $29–$49 per ticket (+$20 for urgent)
- Hotel booking cancellation/change assistance: $19–$39 per reservation (+$15 for urgent)
- Car rental cancellation/change assistance: $15–$35 per reservation (+$10 for urgent)
- Multiple bookings (bundle of 3+): Custom quote (starts at $69)
- Policy review & document drafting: $25–$50 (+$10–$25 for urgent)
- All prices are in USD. For Canadian customers, conversion to CAD will be based on current exchange rates at the time of payment.
- Transparency
We clearly communicate all applicable charges before starting any service. There are no
hidden fees. You pay only for the services you explicitly approve. - Payment Terms
Payment must be made in advance using secure payment gateways (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Once payment is received, a receipt will be emailed to you. Your service begins only after payment confirmation. - Refund Policy
Our pricing reflects the time, expertise, and effort we dedicate to each case. Therefore:
- No refunds will be issued once the service has started or a request has been initiated.
- If we are unable to begin the service (e.g., missing documentation, customer
unresponsive), we may refund at our discretion minus a $10 administrative fee. - In rare cases, if we are unable to provide any assistance (not due to customer delays), a full
refund will be issued.
- Currency and Taxes
All charges are in USD unless specified. For Canadian customers, we use real-time currency conversion (via Stripe/PayPal). Applicable taxes (if any) will be included in the final invoice. U.S. and Canada currently do not impose sales tax on our service category, but this is subject to change. - Discounts and Promotions
Occasionally, we may offer discounts or promotional rates. These are:- Valid for limited times only.
- Cannot be combined with other offers.
- Apply only if claimed before payment.
- Custom Cases
If your request is unique or involves multiple parties (e.g., group travel bookings, multi- provider disputes), a custom quote will be offered. This ensures fairness based on complexity, communication volume, and time invested. - Service Scope Disclaimer
Our pricing reflects our efforts to mediate, communicate, escalate, and pursue possible resolutions with travel providers on your behalf. However:- We do not guarantee cancellation, modification, or refund success.
- You are paying for our expertise and time, not for a guaranteed outcome.
- We do not control or represent third-party travel providers.
